YokoTalk Refund Policy

Free Trial Terms

YokoTalk offers a 3-day free trial of Premium features.

A valid credit or debit card is required to start your free trial.

You will not be charged during the free trial period.

Billing After Free Trial

After your free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan at the then-current pricing, charged monthly or annually depending on your initial selection.

Cancellation During Free Trial

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period to avoid being charged.

To cancel, go to your account settings or contact our support team at support@yokotalk.com.

If you cancel during the free trial, you will retain access to premium features until the trial period ends.

Cancellation After Free Trial

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the free trial period has ended.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid subscription period.

No cancellation fees apply.

Refund Policy

All payments after trial conversion are non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or in exceptional circumstances solely at our discretion.

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service and cannot be resolved by our support team

- Billing errors or unauthorized charges

- Accidental purchases made within 48 hours of the transaction

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address

- The transaction date and amount

- Reason for the refund request

- Any supporting documentation

We will respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Pricing Changes

Pricing may change over time. Subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increases.

Current subscribers will continue to pay their existing rate until their next renewal after the price change notice period.

You may cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect to avoid the new pricing.
